21th August, 2015, the first conference room of the State Department became the special lecture room. Academician BingHe Lu working in XTJU was invited to gave the lecture about 3D printing inthe State Department. KeQiang Li who is the prime minister of the People’s Republic of China hosted this ‘special lecture’.
This ‘special lecture’ was mainly discussed rapid development of advanced manufacturing and 3D printing, interpreted how to utilize innovation theories and technologies to drive Chinese manufacturing to become stronger, and used these ways that was supported by individual business and innovation to achieve Chinese manufacturing to become stronger. The prime minister of the People’ s Republic of China, KeQiang Li, delivered an important speech in this ‘special lecture’. 3D printing is the representational innovation technology and have significant value.
